About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and lead actuarial projects autonomously;
Consistently interact with clients to understand scope, project progress, and present results;
Work closely with internal teams, especially data engineering, to develop digital solutions applied to consultancy;
Lead pricing processes, technical reports, risk management, and financial management;
Supplementary health regulation (regulation of private health plans);
Build and support the team through training and work reviews;
Identify market opportunities in Supplementary Health.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science;
Active IBA registration (MIBA);
Advanced Excel;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Strong technical writing, text interpretation, and client presentation skills;
Previous experience in actuarial valuation for health plan operators and consultancies;
Knowledge of tools such as Tableau Cloud or Power BI;
Postgraduate degree in related fields.
