About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct support for clients of the BU Pharma.
Maintenance and configuration of Trade product requests.
Deliver training sessions and presentations; prepare analytical reports and spreadsheets.
Handle client requests and activities.
Use systems contracted by clients.
Proactive interaction with internal teams, colleagues, and clients to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science or related fields — completed or in progress (preferably in related areas).
Experience or familiarity with client/customer relationship management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate clearly.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company.
Proactivity and ability to solve problems efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
