About the role

  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
  • Manage and calculate vacation pay, termination settlements, and labor-related charges.
  • Manage the submission and monitoring of statutory/ancillary obligations such as eSocial, FGTS Digital, eConsignado, FGTS Rescisório, and DCTFWeb.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
  • Participate in inspections and homologation processes, providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Prepare management reports and payroll KPIs, supporting the controllership and executive management.
  • Provide employee support, addressing inquiries about pay, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP-integrated payroll systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Personnel Administration (Payroll and termination calculations).
  • Familiarity with the Protheus system.
