About the role
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
- Manage and calculate vacation pay, termination settlements, and labor-related charges.
- Manage the submission and monitoring of statutory/ancillary obligations such as eSocial, FGTS Digital, eConsignado, FGTS Rescisório, and DCTFWeb.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
- Participate in inspections and homologation processes, providing necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare management reports and payroll KPIs, supporting the controllership and executive management.
- Provide employee support, addressing inquiries about pay, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP-integrated payroll systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Personnel Administration (Payroll and termination calculations).
- Familiarity with the Protheus system.
