About the role
- Provide inbound and/or outbound patient contacts via multichannel tools to deliver information, guidance and support to patients throughout their diagnosis and/or treatment journey in a compassionate manner, in accordance with the program's relationship plan.
- Conduct inbound and outbound support for patient support programs.
- Create, complete and verify patient registrations.
- Record all registration information and patient interactions in each program's CRM system.
- Perform scheduled activities according to the defined scope.
- Identify, document and report adverse events and pharmacovigilance-related incidents in accordance with the client's standard operating procedures, including required timelines and data to be collected.
- Monitor daily incoming communications via email and WhatsApp, ensuring all messages are responded to and adverse events are reported within required timeframes.
Requirements
- University degree completed or in progress in a health-related field (preferably Pharmacy or Nursing)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in healthcare or patient support services (preferred)
