Own product design end-to-end for Fun
Identify what needs to change and start making things better immediately
Design deposit and withdrawal flows that adapt, convert, and feel native
Deliver every user a personalized, delightful experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle product and design challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product or interaction design experience, with some of that at staff or lead level
Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking - you design and think about complete experiences, not just screens and pixels
Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances (not decorates) usability
Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers - you know enough about React and CSS to have a real conversation
Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail - typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and the why behind every interaction
Highly autonomous - you can define the problem, set your own direction, and execute without being managed
Clear communicator who can bring engineers, PMs, and stakeholders along on design decisions
