Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the recording and amortization of production costs in accordance with ASC 926; perform ASC 606 analysis on all new contracts to ensure precise revenue recognition.
• Act as the primary liaison to Production Finance, reconciling show-level cost reports to the General Ledger and ensuring accurate capitalization of production spend.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with detailed monthly project profitability reporting.
• Take ownership of the Company’s annual audit, serving as the lead point of contact for independent auditors; maintain and evolve internal controls over financial reporting.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the UK Finance Team, managing cross-border transactions, intercompany reconciliations, and foreign currency nuances.
• Partner with department heads on monthly budget tracking and variance analysis to provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
• Support the external tax team with required documentation and lead special projects as the business scales.
