Manager

• Manage and oversee social marketing planning, categorization, and programming for priority Originals project, with The Shop serving as the primary focus and supporting other Original and Studio IP as business priorities require. This includes, but is not limited to, asset timecoding, creative direction and packaging, asset creation workflows, and copywriting.
• Partner with Social Programmer(s) and Producer (s) to support daily operations, optimize publishing workflows, and assist with publishing execution as needed.
• Own and maintain social programming and the master social calendar while ensuring social strategy is implemented across all social touchpoints, including original social content and branded social content.
• Lead YouTube programming integrating best-in-class practices, including but not limited to thumbnail ideation and optimization, title and description strategy, YouTube Shorts, and Community initiatives.
• Work closely with the Head of Social and showrunners to build social content strategy for The Shop and provide strategic support across additional brand channels and franchises as needed.
• Advise the Head of Social on cultural and social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging opportunities to inform the creative direction of our content and how we approach each social media platform.
• Serve as the QC lead on all programming assets published to our platforms to ensure content aligns with the overall creative tone, look, feel, and voice for The Shop and any assigned franchise or branded partner requirements.
• Work closely with leadership and the strategy team to ensure channels are driving growth, engagement, and retention through the lens of culture, sports and entertainment.
• Monitor and analyze performance across all programming assets once live, surfacing actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
• Liaise across major content teams to ensure assets and content are posted at the correct times with the appropriate messaging, graphics, and platform specifications.
• Consult and collaborate with all involved content teams to ensure social audience considerations and digital distribution are top of mind, while helping scale best practices across the broader content portfolio when needed.

Paralegal

• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through the application of Harvey to routine and complex legal tasks alike
• Managing the creation of new tools, workflows, playbooks and prompt libraries within the Harvey system, tailored to the team's specific practice areas.
• Auditing existing legal processes to identify inefficiencies that can be addressed through Harvey, and designing improved workflows accordingly.
• Developing and maintaining a library of best-practice prompts, templates, and standard operating procedures for Harvey usage within the LBA function.
• Designing and delivering structured training sessions for all members of the LBA team, ensuring that each team member can use Harvey effectively in their day-to-day work.
• Providing ongoing one-to-one and small-group coaching to support team members at varying levels of AI proficiency.
• Producing clear, concise guidance materials and user documentation to support continued adoption beyond the fixed-term engagement.
• Tracking adoption metrics and usage patterns across the team, reporting regularly to the General Counsel on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Evaluating new Harvey features and updates, assessing their applicability to the team's legal operations, and integrating them into existing workflows where beneficial.

Senior Paralegal – AI Adoption

Attorney

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of production-related legal documents, including attachment, shopping, development, and production services/executive producer agreements, as well as talent agreements, NDAs, location agreements, appearance releases, materials releases, licensing deals, vendor agreements, rental agreements, etc.
• Support brand partnership transactions by preparing deal memos, tracking contract terms, and ensuring legal compliance for integrations across both original and studio-produced content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all legal and contractual requirements are satisfied throughout pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.
• Assist in reviewing and clearing content, including footage, music, images, and scripts, to ensure compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, etc. (e.g., intellectual property, trademark, and advertising regulations).
• Organize and maintain a centralized contract database, tracking material deal terms (e.g., terms, rights, deliverables, fees, credit, options, etc.) and manage document organization, record-keeping, and signature workflows across productions and brand-funded projects.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed, escalating complex legal matters while ensuring alignment with production timelines.

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documents according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and prepare respective financial reports, including reconciliations of various G/L accounts

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for Corporate and Production accounts
• Assist with processing accounts payable bills and preparing accounts receivable invoices
