About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in a pod team structure managing, leasing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Maintain rental listings for the pod's portfolio of managed properties, including but not limited to: running market analysis, adding and/or activating units for rent on multiple platforms, advise/update/guide property owners regarding their upcoming or active rental listing, ensuring listings are activated timely and accurately
- Prepare documents related to leasing, including but not limited to: lease agreements, lease extensions, termination agreements, sublease agreements, lease amendments and condo association required paperwork
- Navigate maintenance requests for the team's portfolio
- Visit properties on an as-needed or assigned basis
- Master the use of our property management accounting software (Appfolio)
- Communicate with property owners, tenants and vendors
- Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Daily access to a reliable automobile - driving required, mileage reimbursed
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently licensed as Leasing Agent or Broker is a plus!
