About the role
- Collaborate with Design, PM, and Engineering teammates to plan, architect, and build business-critical mobile features
- Ideate with our core team on how to best architect mobile support
- Anticipate and develop support for new mobile features
- Drive improvements to engineering processes, tooling, and best practices
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional mobile engineering experience
- Deep cross-platform expertise in React Native and Flutter
- Strong proficiency in native development (Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java)
- Product-focused mindset with high autonomy
- Exceptional technical communication and mentorship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
