About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities
Maintain and organize product backlogs and documentation
Analyze customer feedback and support ticket trends
Support internal QA validation prior to release
Coordinate release documentation with marketing and training teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (internships included)
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
Strong interest in B2B software, SaaS, or workflow systems.
