About the role
- Translate business requirements and user experience designs into working products.
- Support backend development and architectural design within our Oracle APEX stack.
- Work closely with our UX and UI team members to deliver fully responsive and adaptive applications.
- Attend standups, refinement sessions, and discovery meetings as the subject matter expert.
- Perform tests and quality check all development for efficient execution, stability, consistency, and adherence to technical requirements and UI/UX standards.
- Assist in the preparation of requirements and end user documentation.
- Assist with internal technical documentation.
- Contribute to cross team efforts and interact with customers to identify solutions.
- Support product health monitoring and help address defects or suggest new features.
- Able to excel in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in software development.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or similar languages.
- Understanding of database design, APIs, REST protocols, and JSON.
- Exposure to version control systems.
- Experience with Oracle APEX is a plus but not required; we’ll train you.
