About the role
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers
- Provide HR guidance on policies and procedures
- Lead employee relations initiatives
- Identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions
- Support talent management programs
- Maintain regular communication with business unit leaders
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years related HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred
- Strong Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to employee relations issues
- Experience with an HCM system, preferably Workday
