Lead the planning and execution of medical content initiatives that support strategic business goals, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment as a key point of contact between medical content and stakeholders. Collaborate on capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure clear ownership, project feasibility, and effective workload distribution.
Manage intake and prioritization of medical content and support requests, maintaining visibility and alignment across teams.
Support content distribution and program visibility by coordinating with teams responsible for outreach, marketing, or engagement.
Maintain project oversight through task management tools (e.g., Asana), tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Continuously improve workflows and communication practices to enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
Requirements
3+ years in program or project management, ideally within medical education, healthcare, or content operations.
Proven success in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with clinical or technical content development—a background in health or science is an asset.
Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.) to track progress and enhance team efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex workflows.
Experience coordinating learning management systems is a plus.
