About the role

  • Provide customer support through channels such as chat, phone, WhatsApp and email in an efficient and courteous manner, following company procedures;
  • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively;
  • Provide information about products, services, and processes;
  • Log and track customer requests in the system;
  • Conduct sales or offer services when necessary;
  • Advise customers on the use of products and services, providing clarifications;
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary;
  • Monitor case progress and ensure customers receive feedback on the resolution of their issues.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with customer support systems
  • Knowledge of payment acquirers (payment processors)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
