About the role
- Provide customer support through channels such as chat, phone, WhatsApp and email in an efficient and courteous manner, following company procedures;
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively;
- Provide information about products, services, and processes;
- Log and track customer requests in the system;
- Conduct sales or offer services when necessary;
- Advise customers on the use of products and services, providing clarifications;
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary;
- Monitor case progress and ensure customers receive feedback on the resolution of their issues.
Requirements
- Familiarity with customer support systems
- Knowledge of payment acquirers (payment processors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Empathy, patience, and a professional demeanor.
