About the role
- Lead collaborations with universities to design, develop, and launch professional programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with faculty, administrators, and academic leaders at top universities.
- Coordinate with university partners on the development of curricula and program content.
- Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams (Content, Product, Marketing, Sales), aligning university inputs with company deliverables.
- Facilitate smooth execution of program launches by aligning academic requirements with business objectives.
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met by supporting cross-functional coordination while keeping universities engaged and informed.
- Represent the company with professionalism in all university-facing interactions.
- Guide and coordinate across internal teams and university stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Role involves occasional travel (2–4 times per quarter) and is remote based in the Midwest U.S.
Requirements
- Experience in the e-learning/EdTech/higher education domain is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior university stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in roles where university collaboration on content development/program design was central.
- Strong relationship management skills with academic partners and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Education, Business, or related field).
- 8+ years of experience, including leadership roles in higher education partnerships, program/content development, or strategic collaborations.
