About the role
- Fullstack Academy is America's preeminent tech-training bootcamp offering immersive online programs
- Oversee learner experience and support instructional staff to deliver high-quality instruction
- Monitor cohort health metrics, manage transfers and dismissals, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide coaching and evaluation for instructors; supervise Learner Experience Managers and Manager of Curriculum
- Partner with HR and recruiting on faculty hiring, onboarding, and staffing
- Manage instructional resources, maintain SOPs, and support curriculum updates
- Role requires flexibility in hours; full-time and remote
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a technical field- web development, data analytics, cybersecurity, or teaching technology
- Proficient in using learning management systems, electronic resources, and emerging academic technologies
- 2+ years of experience in education, teaching, instructional coaching, academic operations, or learning and development, specifically supporting instructors or trainers to drive learner success, managing projects, and hiring new team members
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree preferred
- Experience with onboarding and building effective teams
- Thrive in an ever-changing environment and can effectively lead a team through changes
- Experience working remotely and teaching or training in an online environment
- Strong sense of ownership and a "whatever-it-takes" attitude
- A strong growth mindset
- Project management and organizational skills
- Communication skills (verbal and written), presentation skills, and computer skills
