About the role
- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Track project progress, manage schedules, and identify risks or roadblocks.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and management.
- Ensure quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Document project processes, workflows, and lessons learned.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech or software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with remote teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
