About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer discussions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and software development managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
  • Source candidates using various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct technical screenings and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical openings.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers.
  • Represent the company in career fairs, networking events, and online recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT, software development, or engineering roles preferred).
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, software development lifecycle, and IT terminology.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to screen, evaluate, and interview technical candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
