About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provide support, coaching, feedback, process improvement, performance management, and client management
drive team performance, manage outliers, coaching agents, and monitoring of calls
hire, train, coach, and lead sales agents
assist other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals
ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action
prepare reports and analyze data to improve processes
continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License or Personal Lines License
No prior disciplinary actions with state insurance commissioners
3+ years of documented success as an insurance producer
1–2 years of experience managing a sales team
Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound environments
Mastery of managing and distributing lead lists
Deep understanding of how to pivot a standard auto or home quote into a life insurance or umbrella policy conversation
