Email Marketing Manager

• Execute campaigns for assigned clients: brief, build, QA, schedule, and conduct post-send review in Klaviyo
• Build and maintain welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback flows
• Design clean, on-brand, mobile-first emails in Figma
• Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, layout, offers, and send time
• Analyze campaign data and document what affected performance
• Build and refine client segments and suppress appropriate contacts to protect sender reputation
• Monitor inbox placement, spam rates, and unsubscribes
• Maintain list hygiene and identify deliverability issues involving content or lists
• Produce accurate per-campaign reports with exact figures and flagged data gaps
• Contribute to monthly client summaries
• Log every hour in ClickUp against the correct task
• Learn and contribute to AI automation skills and scripts over time
• Report to the Retention Marketing Manager
