Key responsibilities & impact

Manage relations with assigned customer accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Serve as primary contact for customer queries, issues and/or escalations
Take the lead in customer meetings and commercial customer discussions
Identify opportunities for commercial development
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address risks
Collaborate and support internal teams (business development, operations, control room, engineering)
Track account performance and report on KPIs (such as customer satisfaction)
