Appointment Setter

• Make outbound calls through the WAVE dialer within our CRM system.
• Use provided scripts to engage with prospects and qualify interest.
• Schedule appointments using calendar link, ensuring accuracy with time zones and availability.
• Aim to book an average of 10 qualified appointments per day.
• Consistently follow up with warm leads, prior contacts, and those who expressed interest.
• Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and appointment confirmations.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call.
• Report daily results, including number of calls made, conversations held, and appointments booked.
• Call all new leads added every other day and re-engage old/warm leads to meet weekly/monthly goals.
