About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Manager.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, registers, and trackers.
- Organise and schedule compliance meetings, training sessions, and audits.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and compliance bulletins.
- Support the review and filing of consultant, supplier, and client contracts.
- Ensure compliance-related documents are managed in line with GDPR and internal policies.
- Track contract expiry dates and certification renewals.
- Coordinate logistics for compliance training sessions and maintain attendance records.
- Help draft and distribute internal compliance communications and updates.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research to support compliance assessments.
- Monitor contractor profiles for completeness and flag missing information.
- Provide administrative support during internal audits and investigations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate in Law or a related legal discipline.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in compliance, international law, or corporate governance.
