About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support bid and tender preparation, including Table of Reference (TORs), summaries, and deliverables.
- Assist junior team members, Commercial Analysts, with contract reviews and client onboarding.
- Review contracts and communicate negotiation points with clients.
- Lead RFQs, short-form proposals, and spec proposals, coordinating across departments.
- Manage supplier registration, vendor qualification, and due diligence.
- Prepare client rate cards and update project experience records.
- Support Business Development events and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Manage agency onboarding, contracting, and renewals.
- Step in for the Commercial Lead when required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Able to meet deadlines and handle responsibility under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the energy industry (Oil & Gas, Renewables) is a plus.
