Operations

• Lead all aspects of facilities management and technical operations across a national portfolio spanning retail, residential, industrial and mixed-use assets
• Take ownership of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, lifecycle planning and major works
• Embed compliance, risk and sustainability frameworks across all asset classes
• Partner closely with development teams to ensure operational readiness for new assets and expansions
• Manage, mentor and grow a high-performing facilities team supported by contractors and service providers
• Act as technical advisor to the executive team, ensuring assets are safe, efficient, future-proofed and aligned to long-term strategy
• Build systems, governance and people capability to scale during growth
