About the role
- Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for clients, building long-term trust and insight.
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business goals, and translate those objectives into clear, actionable briefs for delivery teams.
- Manage client expectations regarding communication, timelines, and deliverables, effectively "reining them in" when necessary.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation and strategic decisions.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring high quality, and QAing all deliverables before they reach the client.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a digital agency.
- A strong understanding of business sales and marketing workflows (e.g., Inbound Marketing, lead generation, sales enablement).
- Proven working knowledge across multiple marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Email, Content).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
