About the role
- Responsible for driving growth in the DACH region
- Take ownership of and advance the existing pipeline and ongoing opportunities through to closing
- Develop new business opportunities with insurers and partners
- Manage and expand customer and partner relationships
- Work closely with internal teams on deal strategy, positioning and execution
- Participate in client meetings, workshops and solution discussions
- Adapt the value proposition to local market requirements
- Contribute to market analysis, competitive monitoring and partnership development
- Gradually assume responsibility for accounts, pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- Approximately 3–8 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS or pre-sales with a commercial focus
- Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Background at insurance software vendors, InsurTechs or comparable SaaS companies is particularly relevant
- Ability to both advance existing opportunities and generate new ones
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 2–4 trips per month)
