About the role

  • Responsible for driving growth in the DACH region
  • Take ownership of and advance the existing pipeline and ongoing opportunities through to closing
  • Develop new business opportunities with insurers and partners
  • Manage and expand customer and partner relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams on deal strategy, positioning and execution
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops and solution discussions
  • Adapt the value proposition to local market requirements
  • Contribute to market analysis, competitive monitoring and partnership development
  • Gradually assume responsibility for accounts, pipeline and revenue

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–8 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS or pre-sales with a commercial focus
  • Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
  • Background at insurance software vendors, InsurTechs or comparable SaaS companies is particularly relevant
  • Ability to both advance existing opportunities and generate new ones
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 2–4 trips per month)
