About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Zone Directors to develop calling strategies and maximize territory coverage and sales
  • Prospect new customers and relationships in health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction, and cross-sell products and options
  • Develop relationships and implement selling strategies with health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, and GPOs
  • Generate quotes for new equipment and option sales with Sales Operations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations with Product Specialists
  • Develop business plans and market assessments with Marketing
  • Maintain product knowledge and technical skills for Fujifilm products and services
  • Provide feedback on competitive products, pricing, and market trends
  • Report account contacts and activities in Salesforce/CRM
  • Assist with accounts receivable collection, service contract renewals, and product performance issues
  • Monitor industry trends and attend RSNA and other trade shows and conventions
  • Comply with U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Complete vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of sales experience preferred
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or related field required
  • Ability to travel extensively within an assigned geographic territory
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to sell based on customer needs and overcome objections
  • Excellent sales presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and services
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships and collaborate across departments
  • Ability to structure sales meeting product specifications and price requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and organize work and support staff
  • Ability to monitor call tracking, order tracking, and business expense reports
  • Professional manners and appearance
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Compliance with applicable medical-device regulations and vendor credentialing requirements
  • Ability to perform listed office and clinical physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Up to 100% travel may be required
