About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of Culture & Employee Experience strategies aligned with company priorities, purpose, and employee engagement objectives
- Partner with the Director of Culture and Employee Experience to advance regional and global initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employee experience
- Act as a primary contact for culture and employee experience programs, fostering collaboration with leaders, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage department communications, aligning internal and external messaging and global initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and business teams to integrate culture and employee experience initiatives into broader organizational processes and priorities
- Support regional engagement activations aligned with company priorities and purpose
- Develop reports, presentations, and insights for leadership to communicate progress, opportunities, and program effectiveness
- Analyze internal data to identify trends, measure impact, and support strategic decision making
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of employee learning, development and engagement initiatives
- Maintain program governance, project plans, reporting tools, and documentation to support compliance, and consistency across regions
- Coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, and other administrative activities that support Culture & Employee Experience objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2-5 Years of HR, culture/engagement, or program coordination
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Required to travel.
