Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law and in good standing under the Bar of at least one U.S. state.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
Solid commercial contracts background with substantive drafting and negotiation experience.
Solid ecommerce and direct to consumer legal experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Excellent writing skills, including business communications with senior leadership.
Ability to project manage multiple tasks.
