Key responsibilities & impact

Lead major business projects impacting Americas subsidiaries and Tokyo Headquarters
Manage complex projects including due diligence and post-merger integration
Support large projects impacting multiple departments or subsidiaries
Manage North American fleet operations consisting of 1,500 fleet vehicles
Develop action plans in collaboration with business and regional leadership
Ensure project timelines are adhered to and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance; MBA desired
15+ years of continued expanding experience in an accounting or finance role
Preferably experience in a shared services environment in the manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors
Experience in complex M & A divestiture and project spanning multiple geographical regions
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
Excellent business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to both execute and influence
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and project management software skills
Detail-oriented and dedicated to pushing projects to completion
