About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end contract process for vendor and customer agreements
- Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents
- Prepare initial drafts using approved templates

- Support contract governance and policy adherence
- Own contract organization and repository management
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS/MA or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience working with contracts
- 3+ years of managing contract workflows
- Experience reviewing, redlining, and interpreting legal documents preferred
- Paralegal experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
