Complete daily customer service order processing duties for NDT Business
Participate in all aspects of customer order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email or chat
Provide customers with quotes including stock availability, pricing & ETAs
Issue RMAs for damaged, lost or miss-shipments
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy & efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to escalate or resolve complex issues
Coordinate NDT orders and shipping with appropriate warehouse personnel
Act as primary administrator for all domestic and foreign NDT orders
Manage billing for South America, Latin America & Chemistry customers
Create TAS orders for White Mountain customers
Record, update and catalog all Customer Service procedures
Participate in bi-weekly NDT staff meetings to help manage backorders
Process all NDT FOC orders (Domestic and Foreign)
Assist in data collection and report preparation
Perform special projects, tasks and studies as requested by management
Requirements
High School Graduate
3-5 years of Office experience & CSR experience
Knowledge of SAP required; advanced SAP procedures knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills & the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Desire to work as a team player while demonstrating a positive attitude to customers / coworkers
Ability to sit 75-100% of applicable work time
Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time
Close vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates, testing, face coverings, and vendor credentialing as required
