About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the daily activities from customer purchase order through order fulfillment.
  • Resolve sales orders issues.
  • Process approved Credit and Debit request via SF repository.
  • Collaborate closely with Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to resolve issues.
  • Respond and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP SD and Salesforce.com processes and functionality
  • Able to adapt to a high-pressure situation
