Serve as primary regional point of contact for liaising with key opinion leaders in the Endoscopy space
Understand and define internal and external endoscopic customers’ clinical needs and assist with development and implementation of clinical studies and education solutions
Build and nurture relationships with clinical customers to support participation in clinical studies and collaboration with marketing
Build relationships with key opinion leaders at regional accounts and develop annual strategic plans per KOL
Develop new relationships with strategically important accounts and coordinate introductory meetings/road shows with Fujifilm leadership
Manage relationships with societies to identify hands-on opportunities and broader collaboration
Identify and evaluate opportunities to support clinical research and studies
Work with HCPs and Product Marketing to create white papers, technique spotlights, and customer educational events
Manage and facilitate key hands-on courses, aligning with HCP leads and ensuring equipment needs and Fujifilm coordination
Establish routine visits to key accounts for meetings/discussions on strategic initiatives
Provide quarterly updates on strategic and tactical initiatives by account to National Director of Business Development
Understand healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes across U.S. geographies
Comply with applicable regulatory and credentialing requirements
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent (Master’s Degree preferred)
Minimum 10 years in flexible endoscopy field with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years with a Master’s degree
Minimum 10 years of medical device industry experience in a clinical capacity with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years with a Master’s degree
Knowledge/familiarity with gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, and/or gynecology products and procedures desired
Prior business development experience desired
Management and/or leadership experience preferred

Comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing to gain access to hospitals and facilities
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Willingness to test for COVID-19 periodically and wear a face covering as required (vaccination encouraged; may be required under government mandates)
Physical ability to frequently stand/walk, use hands, reach, balance, stoop/kneel/crouch; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs; specific vision abilities
