Field Engineer

• Support distributors on installation of mammography, ultrasound, DR and CR systems, components, and accessories ensuring conformance with market specifications.
• Provide technical training to distributors’ engineers within the scope of assigned product family, including installation guidance.
• Provide second-layer technical support for equipment failures; perform troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluations and routine inspections.
• Identify issues and recommend corrections or process changes; complete all required documentation timely.
• Maintain constant internal communication with other divisions and identify improvements for internal processes.
• Maintain technical expertise on company product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements through continuous education.
• Assess new techniques and current work practices to reduce service costs and increase installation efficiency.
• Adhere to company quality and regulatory compliance requirements and established policies and procedures.
• Lead client site preparation (pre-installation) for Mammography Systems.
• Prepare documentation in Spanish for Latin America distributors (installation guides, site survey evaluation, etc.).
• Travel frequently (up to 80%) and be available to work outside normal business hours and holidays as needed.
