About the role

  • Assist in developing user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows
  • Support the lifecycle of the Oracle CPQ platform
  • Help develop and implement Guided Selling strategies
  • Aid in understanding requirements for quoting regulated medical software, hardware, and consulting
  • Gather and assist in synthesizing requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, and implementation teams
  • Help create and maintain a CPQ product roadmap
  • Assist in managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
  • Work with various teams to gather requirements and validate design decisions
  • Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and recommend process improvements
  • Document requirements and maintain process artifacts

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MA degree preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Healthcare / Enterprise Imaging Informatics or related fields
  • 5 to 7 years experience working with Oracle CPQ or other competitive CPQ platforms
  • Basic knowledge of CPQ and sales guided selling capabilities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional requirement gathering and process mapping for software and hardware solutions
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools is desirable
