About the role

  • Prepare, review, and monitor the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
  • Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions;
  • Perform variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) of revenues and margins;
  • Track and review revenue provisions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies;
  • Develop and maintain financial performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Participate in economic and financial feasibility studies for new projects;
  • Support process improvement initiatives and report automation;
  • Prepare presentation reports for management financial statements;
  • Prepare revenue projection and growth scenarios, taking into account macroeconomic indicators and commercial expansion levels across different markets and regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Experience in Controllership or FP&A, preferably in medium to large corporate environments;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with ERP systems;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience with Protheus (TOTVS);
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
