About the role
- Register products in the company ERP
- Register product engineering information in the company ERP
- Manually issue production orders in the company ERP
- Manually issue purchase requisitions in the company ERP
- Monitor inventories of production inputs
- Monitor inventories of products for sale
- Monitor third‑party production
- Conduct follow‑up with the Purchasing department
- Prepare the factory production schedule
- Prepare production schedules for third parties
- Develop production and resale plans (in‑house and third‑party)
- Control the production process
- Execute and analyze the MRP (generation of production orders (WOs), purchase requisitions (PRs), and analysis of processed and generated demands)
- Analyze inventory movements in the company ERP
- Update performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead alignment meetings with interfacing departments
- Record production order outputs.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Basic statistics knowledge
- Basic English proficiency
