Development of VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) projects focused on internal combustion engines and high-performance electric motors;
Embedded firmware programming in C (ANSI C);
Development of control functions;
Development of user interfaces;
Ensure efficiency in project development (align scope and deadlines, report impediments and seek solutions to problems/difficulties);
Ensure satisfactory service to internal and external customers by monitoring requests and encouraging the team to promote clear and timely communication;
Ensure quality and efficiency in research, development and documentation of medium-complexity projects (software and firmware);
Ensure quality and efficiency in research, development and documentation of high-complexity projects;
Analyze and define actions resulting from PCNs (component change notifications);

Ensure that pin mapping and the definition of PID parameters for the control of throttle bodies and electronic pedals are efficient;

Analysis and resolution of issues in products, functions, and components;
Keep project documentation up to date (project files and ISO documentation).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronic Engineering, or related field;
Knowledge of ANSI C;
Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, serial, SPI, I2C, Ethernet);
Basic English;
MS Office (Word and Excel).
Preferred / Nice to have:
Knowledge of control methods (PID and Fuzzy);
Knowledge of C++;
Experience in hardware design;
Knowledge of DevOps and automated testing.
