About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards that strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity.
- Build and scale the commercial discipline, operating rhythms, and service models that drive sustainable Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Develop senior client growth leaders capable of influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure account plans are profitable, scalable, and aligned to client outcomes.
- Advance portfolio visibility and decision-making through clear forecasting, health metrics, renewal planning, and expansion pipeline management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re a builder by nature, with a track record of scaling client growth or account management organizations in agency, consulting, or professional services environments.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to turn trusted client relationships into sustainable business growth.
- You are well-versed in commercial strategy, including pricing, scoping, contract negotiation, margin management, and portfolio forecasting.
- You’re confident partnering with senior client stakeholders and executive teams, with the judgment to influence, challenge, and build trust at the highest levels.
- You’re excited by building operational rigor and cross-functional alignment, knowing that sustainable growth comes from exceptional delivery, strong teams, and disciplined execution.
