About the role

  • Define and execute the product strategy for the financial management domain within the SaaS platform.
  • Elicit, define and prioritize product requirements, use cases and associated risks.
  • Plan and track feature development, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Business, UX, Engineering and Data teams.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews and feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of the features developed within your scope.
  • Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the full end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency in English and basic proficiency in Spanish.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing technology products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up or similar).
  • Experience in the financial sector or payments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and SQL.
  • Ability to conduct user testing and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
