About the role
- You are about to complete your degree with a focus on Finance and are seeking an entry-level position.
- You will gain exciting insights into several departments, such as Accounting and Controlling, allowing you to explore different career directions.
- 20-month trainee program in Finance starting on 1 October 2026.
- Introduction to multiple departments within the area of assignment, in particular Accounting and various Controlling functions.
- Two-month international assignment at one of our subsidiaries.
- Intensive familiarization with the company and its processes through participation in day-to-day business and project work.
- Support through a mentoring scheme and training program throughout the entire duration of the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program — with a focus on Finance and/or Controlling.
- Initial practical experience, for example through internships or vocational training.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Good user-level knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset combined with a results- and solution-oriented approach.
- Confident and professional manner, with a high level of initiative and team spirit.
