About the role
- 20-month trainee program in Sales within our Retail Business Unit
- Introduction to various sales departments, such as Key Account Management and Field Sales
- 2-month international assignment at one of our subsidiaries
- In-depth familiarization with the company and its processes through hands-on work in daily business and project assignments
- Support through a mentoring and training program for the entire duration of the program
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on Sales
- Initial practical experience gained through internships or vocational training
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good user-level skills in common MS Office applications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a results- and solution-oriented approach
- Confident and professional demeanor, with a high degree of initiative and team spirit
