About the role

  • Performing shelf servicing for our existing customers in the food retail sector (LEH) in the Herrenberg and Gärtringen area on a fixed-term contract
  • Optimising shelf presence in direct-delivery operations and implementing promotional sales in retail
  • Preventing stock gaps through optimal ordering and product placement
  • Carrying out store refits and new installations in the field
  • Monitoring inventory and stock management according to ERP guidelines (FIFO, preventing out-of-stock situations and market-appropriate allocation)
  • Participating in regular meetings and internal training sessions

Requirements

  • Interest in sales within the food retail sector; career changers welcome (e.g., backgrounds as retail sales associates, drivers, merchandisers or service staff in customer support)
  • Residence in the assignment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Driver's license class B (car)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay overnight
  • Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation and willingness to learn
