About the role
- Performing shelf servicing for our existing customers in the food retail sector (LEH) in the Herrenberg and Gärtringen area on a fixed-term contract
- Optimising shelf presence in direct-delivery operations and implementing promotional sales in retail
- Preventing stock gaps through optimal ordering and product placement
- Carrying out store refits and new installations in the field
- Monitoring inventory and stock management according to ERP guidelines (FIFO, preventing out-of-stock situations and market-appropriate allocation)
- Participating in regular meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
- Interest in sales within the food retail sector; career changers welcome (e.g., backgrounds as retail sales associates, drivers, merchandisers or service staff in customer support)
- Residence in the assignment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driver's license class B (car)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay overnight
- Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation and willingness to learn
