About the role
- Provide shelf service for our existing grocery retail (LEH) customers in the Traunstein, Trostberg and Prien area under a fixed-term contract
- Optimize shelf presence in the direct-store-delivery (DSD) business and implement in-store promotional sales
- Prevent stock gaps through optimal ordering and product replenishment
- Carry out store refits and new installations in the field
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory according to the requirements of the inventory management system (FIFO, avoidance of out-of-stock situations and market-appropriate allocation)
- Participate in regular meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
- Sales interest in grocery retail, also suitable for career changers with backgrounds as retail salespeople, drivers, merchandisers or service staff in customer support
- Residence within the deployment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay overnight
- High level of communication skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
