About the role
- Performing shelf service for our existing customers in the grocery retail sector (LEH) in the Reutlingen area on a fixed-term contract
- Optimizing shelf presence in direct-delivery operations and implementing promotional sales activities in retail stores
- Preventing stock shortages through optimal ordering and merchandise stocking
- Executing store refits and new store setups in the field
- Monitoring inventory and stock management according to the merchandise management system guidelines (FIFO, preventing out-of-stock situations, and market-appropriate replenishment)
- Participating in regular meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
- Interest in sales within the grocery retail sector; also suitable for career changers with backgrounds as retail sales clerks, drivers, merchandisers or customer service staff
- Residence within the assignment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Valid Class B driving license
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and willingness to learn
