About the role
- Carrying out shelf service for our existing customers in food retail (grocery) in the Ulm, Illertissen and Memmingen area with a fixed-term contract
- Optimizing shelf presence in replenishment business and executing promotional sales
- Preventing stock gaps through optimal ordering and product replenishment
- Performing store refits and new installations
- Monitoring inventory according to the requirements of the merchandise management system
- Participating in regular meetings and internal training
Requirements
- Interest in retail sales in the grocery sector, also suitable for career changers with a background as a retail clerk, driver, or field service employee
- Residence within the service area
- Driver's license and willingness to travel and stay overnight
- Careful inventory management, e.g., applying FIFO, preventing out-of-stock situations, and market-appropriate ordering
- Strong communication skills, an outgoing manner and a willingness to learn
