About the role
- Conduct shelf service for our existing customers in the grocery retail sector (food retail) in the Traunstein, Trostberg and Prien area under a fixed-term contract
- Optimize shelf presence in direct distribution and implement promotional sales campaigns in retail stores
- Prevent stock gaps through optimal ordering and product placement
- Carry out store refits and new store setups in the field
- Monitor inventory and manage stock according to the merchandise management system guidelines (FIFO, prevention of out-of-stock situations, and market-appropriate replenishment)
- Participate in regular meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
- Interest in sales within the food retail sector, including career changers with backgrounds as retail sales associates, drivers, merchandisers or service representatives in customer support
- Residence within the assignment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Flexibility, willingness to travel and to stay overnight when required
- High level of communication skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
