You are responsible for the Plan to Manufacture (P2M) workstream within the S/4HANA program Transform2Grow (T2G), covering the template design, build, and global roll-out
Plan, conduct and moderate workshops to define integration architecture and interface requirements
Configure and integrate SAP PP-PI and QM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, EWM) and external systems
Support process design, harmonization and optimization within the P2M domain
Define test data and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing in close collaboration with functional peers and subject matter experts
Identify and realize opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, processes and interfaces
Manage and guide offshore teams and/or 3rd party AMS providers, ensuring delivery quality and alignment
Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear alignment between business and IT, often across geographies and remote teams
Establishing and expanding the global network and supporting the regional SAP teams as part of 2nd and 3rd level support
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Professional experience in a comparable role in SAP PP-PI and QM (implementation and configuration)
Solid knowledge of SAP MM; additional exposure to SD or EWM is a plus
Strong expertise in SAP integration, data migration, and cross-module processes
Proven track record in leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and coordinating global teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at different technical and business levels
Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally
