About the role
- Implement the marketing strategy through concrete, high-performing actions.
- Manage automotive campaigns and optimize their performance across all channels.
- Analyze the results of marketing activities (digital, e-shop, trade shows) and recommend optimizations.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Design and produce engaging editorial and visual content (articles, graphics, videos, webinars).
- Lead digital projects (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing) and manage database targeting via SAP.
- Develop and run a VIP program.
- Organize and coordinate the company's participation in trade shows and professional events.
- Monitor the financial performance of campaigns (budget, costs, margin, ROI) in collaboration with Finance.
- Ensure brand consistency and corporate communication across all internal and external channels.
Requirements
- Proficiency with marketing and digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, CMS, SAP).
- Ability to create engaging content (editorial and visual).
- Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong command of performance metrics.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Good understanding of the financial aspects of campaigns.
